The video footage below captures flooding after a heavy downpour that occurred on , along Ujoelen Road in Ekpoma, Edo State. This flood originates from different streets off the road, with only a single gutter by the roadside to drain it. As a result, the water overflows, covering roads and gutters, and making the road inaccessible for users who cannot clearly observe where a culvert or gutter is located.
